Welcome to Dr. Joseph Murray's Before and After Section.

     It is my pleasure to recommend Dr. Murray as an implant specialist to anyone who is considering implants.  I first talked with Dr. Murray over a year ago about implants.  I believed that implants would give me an improved appearance and more self-confidence as a pastor.  Furthermore, I felt that I would be able to eat corn on the cop, apples, and other foods denture wearers find difficult to eat.  But, also, I was looking for a miracle that would enable me to play the trumpet again.
     I played trumpet solos in church for twenty years before I had to have an upper denture.  I thought that I would still be able to play the trumpet with a denture.  However the denture would not stay in place while playing in the upper register of the trumpet.  So after twenty years, I had to put my trumpet away and close my trumpet case for the last time.
     In talking with Dr. Murray, he told me that an implant was the next thing to natural teeth and that I would be able to play my instrument again in approximately one year.  After the healing process and the new crown and bridge work was in place, it was absolutely amazing as I place the trumpet mouthpiece to my lips and began to play as I did years ago with natural teeth.
     With the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Murrary in the field of Implant Dentistry, I learned that miracles still happen.  It gives me a great deal of pleasure to recommend Dr. Murray to anyone who is considering Implants.
